These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding contract between you and Prince IT Solution, the operator of Quziko (“company”, “we”, “us”). By using any Quziko service you agree to every provision below. If you disagree, you may not access or use the services.

1. Use of the service

When you open Quziko and start using the website, these terms automatically apply. You may not copy or modify the platform, attempt to extract its source code, translate it, or create derivative versions. All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Prince IT Solution.

2. Eligibility and compliance

Only persons competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may register and use premium features. Minors and undischarged insolvents are not eligible. The company is not responsible for misuse by ineligible users and may terminate any account if age or identity requirements are not met.

Do not access Quziko using VPNs or technology that conceals your actual location. Our services are unavailable in certain jurisdictions, and any attempt to manipulate geographic controls may result in termination.

3. Service changes and connectivity

We may modify or discontinue features without notice. You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and a charged device; we are not liable if your connectivity or battery prevents participation.

4. Quiz contest rules

• Each contest has a start and end time; participation is allowed only within that window.
• Contest name, schedule, and ranking metrics are prominently displayed.
• No contest offers real-money prizes. Rewards are virtual Quziko Coins only.
• Coins may be granted for free or earned in coin-based games; they cannot be sold or converted to cash.
• Thousands of players may participate; rankings depend solely on quiz performance.
• No contest requires deposits or in-app purchases.

If we detect abusive or fraudulent activity we may block your account, revoke coins, and disqualify rankings without notice.

5. Virtual currency and prizes

Quziko Coins are virtual, non-transferable units used only to join eligible contests. Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners receive coins or in-app badges only after verification. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the coin system at any time.

6. User conduct

You agree not to use automated tools, share answers, operate multiple accounts for advantage, interfere with the platform, or engage in data mining. We may terminate access, block devices, or pursue legal remedies if you violate these Terms.

7. Updates, termination, and assignment

We may update or discontinue the website without notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice; you may not assign yours. Upon termination you must cease using the services immediately.

8. Intellectual property

All content, software, graphics, logos, and trademarks on Quziko are owned by Prince IT Solution or its licensors. You receive only a limited license to view content for personal use.

9. Limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Prince IT Solution disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Quziko.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Surat, Gujarat, have exclusive jurisdiction.
