When you download Quziko and start using the app or website (Quziko.com), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using our services. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute the app, website, or any part of it, nor use our trademarks in any manner.

You are prohibited from attempting to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Quziko. These terms may be updated from time to time, and users are encouraged to review them regularly.

Changes & Charges

We reserve the right to make changes to the app or website or introduce charges for services at any time. Quziko is currently free to use, and we will never charge you without clearly informing you in advance.

Nature of the Platform

Quziko is a fun-based trivia and quiz platform. Users participate to test and compete using their knowledge with no intention of monetary gain.

User Data & Connectivity

We store and process personal data provided by you to deliver our services effectively. Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

Quziko is not responsible for interruptions caused by poor connectivity, expired data plans, or network issues from your service provider. You are responsible for any data or roaming charges incurred.

You are also responsible for ensuring your device remains charged. Quziko is not liable if services cannot be accessed due to battery issues.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep Quziko accurate and updated, some content may rely on third-party sources. Quziko shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the app or website.

Updates & Termination

Quziko is currently available on Android. Updates may be required to continue usage. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or website at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the service and delete the app if applicable.

Live Quiz Rules

Each game consists of 10 questions.
Each question must be answered within 10 seconds.
There are 3 answer options per question.
Answer all questions correctly to win.
The prize pool is split equally among all winners.
If there are no winners, the prize pool rolls over.
Coins can save you from elimination.
30 coins are automatically applied on the first wrong answer.
Coins are not applied on the last question.
Mini quizzes and videos can be used to earn coins.
Complete all questions to earn 10 bonus coins.

Live Quiz Rules with Coin Entry

Some quizzes require sufficient coins to join.
Users may set reminders for games.
Prizes are credited to the coin wallet.
Users may earn coins by watching videos or playing quizzes.
Maintain enough coins to avoid elimination.

Mini Quiz Rules

Mini quizzes have 1–3 questions.
Each correct answer awards 10 coins.
Extra coins can be earned by watching a video.
No coins are applied for wrong answers.

Quiz Contest Rules

Each contest has a defined start and end time.
Contest details and ranking metrics are clearly displayed.
No contest offers prize money; rewards are coins only.
Coins are free and cannot be converted into cash.
No contest requires any monetary deposit.
Participation is free and there are no in-app purchases.

Coins & Prizes

Quziko Coins are virtual currency used only for quiz participation and cannot be converted into cash. Quziko reserves the right to block or terminate users involved in abusive or fraudulent activity without notice.

In no event shall Quziko, its officers, directors, or employees be liable for any damages arising from the use of the app or website.
